Request Processing

Gate accepts HTTP POST requests version 1.1 or higher and TLS of version 1.2 or higher in JSON format. Requests are processed synchronously or asynchronously. The method and how the request is handled depends on the type of request.

Requests for information retrieving (for example, payment status check) are processed synchronously. Gate receives the request and send the HTTP response containing the required information synchronously.

Requests for payment performing are processed asynchronously. Gate receives the request and send the HTTP response first, and then when the payment processing is completed, or if additional actions from merchant is required, Gate sends Callbacks asynchronously.

For more information, see Interaction concepts.
